Caledonian designed their first safety shut off valve in 1981. Since that time,  we have made many novel advances in gas valve design which have been manufactured by several specialist companies. 

We offer a range of valves manufactured to satisfy the intense conditions always encountered in commercial kitchens & catering establishments. These conditions include excessive  heat, high humidity and regular washing and cleaning.

They are designed to endure over 1 million operating cycles, consume less energy than similar valves and are certified to EN161. Each valve has an inbuilt strainer and is tapped to allow the easy installation of a leakage test control.
